An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about March 22, 2017, which dismissed the petition, and said appeal having been perfected and calendared for the September 2019 Term (Cal. No. 2017-1814), And petitioner-appellant having moved for a calendar preference in hearing of the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of directing the Clerk of the Court to maintain the appeal on the calendar for the September 2019 Term.
