An appeal having been taken from an order of the Family Court, Bronx County, entered on or about May 20, 2015, and said appeal having been perfected, And, petitioner-appellant having moved for poor person relief to the extent of directing the Clerk of the Family Court, Bronx County, to have transcribed all remaining transcripts to be filed for inclusion in the record on appeal, with the costs to be charged to the City of New York, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is Ordered that the motion is denied.
