Petitioner having moved for leave to appeal from, and for a stay of all proceedings pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken from the order of the Family Court, Bronx County, entered on or about November 8, 2017,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that since the final order is appealable, the motion is deemed as one solely for a stay, which stay is granted on condition the appeal is perfected for the September 2018 Term.
