An appeal having been taken by petitioner, birth mother Nekadam Y., from an Order of Protection of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about November 15, 2016, And, petitioner, adoptive father David B., having moved to dismiss respondent's appeal and for an order enjoining respondent from bringing further frivolous actions in this proceeding and imposing sanctions upon her, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is Ordered that the motion is denied in its entirety.
