An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about February 14, 2017, and said appeal having been perfected, And retained counsel for petitioner-respondent, Richard A. Finkel, Esq., of Richard A. Finkel & Associates, PLLC, having moved to withdraw as counsel for petitioner on the appeal, and to "stay" the case for not less than 30 days so petitioner-respondent can retain new counsel, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of granting retained counsel leave to withdraw as counsel for petitioner-respondent on this appeal, and adjourning the appeal to the May 2019 Term. The motion is otherwise denied, without prejudice to further application before the Family Court.
