Moskowitz, Esq., as counsel to prosecute the appeal,Now, upon reading and filing the correspondence of Hani M. Moskowitz, Esq., dated May 30, 2019, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the appeal taken from the Amended Order of Commitment of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about July 16, 2018, is deemed withdrawn.
