The matter is remanded to the Superior Court where the judgment dismissing the plaintiffs' complaint is to be amended to declare that the defendants are not required to conduct new site assignment hearings in accordance with G.L.c. 111, § 150A, as amended by St. 1875, c. 584, for the landfill situated on Turnpike Road in Montague. As amended, the judgment is affirmed.
