Elizabeth A. Myers and Jeffrey E. Bigman, of Smith Bigman Brock, P.A., Daytona Beach, for Petitioner.

Gregory A. Crutchfield, of Crutchfield, Wilson & Pyles, Rockledge, for Respondents.

PER CURIAM.

Patrick Concannon petitions for certiorari review of the trial court's rulings on written discovery propounded by S.H. and J.S. We deny the petition with one exception. The trial court's order departed from the essential requirements of law because it ordered production of Concannon's hospital discharge paperwork without an in-camera inspection to prevent disclosure of irrelevant information. See Barker v. Barker , 909 So. 2d 333, 338 (Fla. 2d DCA 2005).

PETITION GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART; ORDER QUASHED IN PART; and REMANDED.

EVANDER, C.J., COHEN and TRAVER, JJ., concur.
