ORDER

This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's May 9, 2022, Washington, D.C., trial session. On February 11, 2022, petitioner filed Petitioner's First Request for Admissions (Doc. 9). On February 23, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 10). On March 10, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion for Continuance and Establishment of a Special Trial Calendar (Doc. 12). Also on March 10, 2022, petitioner filed a Response and Objection to Respondent's Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 13). On March 11, 2022, respondent filed his Objection to Petitioner's First Request for Admissions (Doc. 14).
On March 16, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss, among other things, the parties' pending motions. As agreed by the parties, the Court will continue the case, strike it from the Court's May 9, 2022, Washington, D.C., trial session, and the undersigned judge will retain jurisdiction. Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 10) and petitioner's Motion for Continuance and Establishment of a Special Trial Calendar (Doc. 12) are granted in that this case is continued and stricken from the May 9, 2022, Washington, D.C., trial session. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before April 15, 2022, the parties shall file a joint report with the Court (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case and recommending appropriate future proceedings. It is further
ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned judge.
