This case is calendared for trial at the Court's trial session at Jackson, Mississippi commencing on May 1, 2023. On March 31, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion to Remand, requesting that this case be remanded to the IRS Independent Offie of Appeals. Respondent's views on the motion are unknown.

Considering the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that on or before April 21, 2023, respondent shall file a response to petitioner's Motion to Remand. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Remand shall be set for contradictory hearing on May 1, 2023, during the Court's Jackson, Mississippi regular trial session, with the hearing to commence immediately following calendar call which begins at 10 a.m., at the United States District Court, 501 East Court Street, Courtroom 5C, 5th Floor, Jackson MS 39201

This order constitutes official notice of this contradictory hearing to the parties.
