On August 2, 2021, petitioner lodged a Motion To Change Place of Trial to Fresno, California. On September 30, 2021, petitioner filed a Motion To Add Small Tax Case Designation.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion To Add Small Tax Case Designation is granted, the caption of this case is amended by adding the letter "S" to the docket number, and the Clerk of the Court shall process this case to trial or other disposition as a small Tax Court case. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall file as of the date of this Order the above-mentioned motion to change place of trial lodged by petitioner. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion To Change Place of Trial is granted and the designated place of trial in this case is changed from San Francisco, California, to Fresno, California.
