Criminal proceedings. Fraudulent scheme to obtain money by false pretenses. Before LIPSITT, J. No. 256 Mar. T., 1979. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, Criminal Division, No. 1037 CD of 1975.
