Indictments charging defendant with conspiracy to commit burglary and other offenses. Before SATTERTHWAITE, J. Defendant found guilty of conspiracy to commit burglary and demurrer sustained to all other indictments. Defendant's motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 730, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, No. 3527 of 1974. Submitted September 17, 1976.
