Criminal proceedings. Burglary, attempted robbery, attempted robbery while armed, attempted robbery by violence, assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery, and criminal conspiracy. Before ERDENHARTER, J. No. 1821 Oct. T., 1975. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Berks County, No. 756 of 1973.
