Indictments charging defendants with armed robbery, attempts with intent to kill, kidnapping for extortion, and conspiracy. Before KEIM, J. Appeal, No. 105, April T., 1971, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Westmoreland County, Oct. T., 1969, Nos. 156 and 157. Argued: April 15, 1971.
