Indictments charging defendant with burglary with intent to commit a felony, violation of the Uniform Firearms Act, aggravated robbery, assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery and related offenses. Before GUTOWICZ, J. Appeals, Nos. 1278 to 1280, inclusive, Oct. T., 1971, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Oct. T., 1970, Nos. 781 to 783, inclusive. Submitted September 12, 1972.
