Indictments charging defendant with larceny, receiving stolen goods, burglary and unlawful possession of a motor vehicle with defaced serial numbers. Before BRADLEY, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 22, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, May T., 1971, Nos. 1347 and 1355. Submitted September 17, 1974.
