Indictments charging defendant with robbery, assault, burglary, and weapons offenses. Before JENKINS, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of robbery, simple assault and possession of an instrument of crime and not guilty of remaining charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1831, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Nov. T., 1976, Nos. 1042 and 1043. Submitted June 12, 1978.

Judgment of sentence affirmed.
