Indictment charging defendant with failure of disorderly person to disperse. Before BROMINSKI, P.J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 683, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County, Nos. 2286 and 2286A of 1976. Submitted September 12, 1977.
