Indictments charging defendant with indecent assault and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse. Before REED, J., specially presiding. Verdict of not guilty of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and guilty of indecent assault and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 838, April T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Beaver County, No. 1028 of 1976. Submitted November 14, 1977.
