Decision Pursuant to Rule 1:28.

Defendant Harris's judgments of conviction for unlawful possession of a firearm, use of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and distribution of cocaine to a minor are reversed, the verdicts are set aside, and judgments shall enter for Harris on these charges. The remaining judgments are affirmed.
