Indictments charging defendant with armed robbery, violation of the Uniform Firearms Act, aggravated assault and simple assault. Before ROWLEY, J. Appeal, No. 149, April T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Beaver County, Nos. 655 and 656 of 1973. Submitted November 17, 1975.
