Indictments charging defendant with participation in a rigged contest and with offering to confer a benefit for rigging a publicly exhibited contest. Before OLSZEWSKI, J. Verdict of guilty of participation in a rigged contest and not guilty on other indictment. Defendant's motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 2168, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County, No. 1935 of 1975. Argued December 8, 1976.
