Indictments charging defendant with setting up and maintaining illegal lotteries, aggravated assault and criminal conspiracy. Before BONAVITACOLA, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 1358, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, April T., 1974, Nos. 670, 671, and 672. Argued March 24, 1975.
