Indictment charging defendant with simple assault and extortion. Before WETTICK, J., without a jury. Defendant found guilty of assault and battery and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 513, April T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, of Allegheny County, No. 2699 of 1976. Submitted November 14, 1977.
