T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Aug. T., 1970, Nos. 1504 to 1507, inclusive, and 2238, and Dec. T., 1970, No. 880. Argued March 19, 1973.
