Indictments charging defendant with robbery, conspiracy and possession of marijuana. Before GRIFO, J. Verdict of guilty on indictments. Defendant's motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1636, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County, May T., 1974, No. 740. Submitted September 13, 1976.
