Indictments charging defendant with aggravated robbery, aggravated assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery with intent to kill, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, and carrying a firearm without a license. Before SMITH, JR., J. Appeals, Nos. 1594 and 1596, inclusive, Oct. T., 1971, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Feb. T., 1969, Nos. 595 to 597, inclusive. Argued June 12, 1972.
