Indictments charging defendant with robbery, possessing instruments of crime, terroristic threats, conspiracy and violation of the Uniform Firearms Act. Before DiBONA, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of robbery, possessing instruments of crime and terroristic threats and not guilty on other indictments and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1882, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Oct. T., 1975, Nos. 969, 971, 972, and 975. Argued December 10, 1976.
