Indictments charging defendant with public indecency, assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery, assault with intent to maim, violation of the Uniform Firearms Act and related offenses. Before DEFURIA, J. Appeal, No. 1234, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, Dec. T., 1972, Nos. 40, 41, 45, 47, and 48. Submitted June 9, 1975.
