Appeal, No. 195, Jan. T., 1973, from order of Superior Court, Oct. T., 1971, Nos. 1594, 1595 and 1596, affirming judgments of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Feb. T., 1969, Nos. 595, 596 and 597, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Joseph Williams. Judgments of sentence reversed and new trial awarded.

Indictments charging defendant with firearms violations, assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery with intent to kill and aggravated robbery. Before SMITH, JR., J.
Verdicts of guilty on all charges and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed to the Superior Court, which affirmed the judgments of sentence of court below, opinion per curiam. Appeal to Supreme Court allowed.
