Indictments charging defendant with unlawful possession of a prohibited offensive weapon and unlawful possession of an instrument of crime. Before MARSHALL, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of possessing a prohibited offensive weapon and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 516, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, March T., 1975, No. 261. Submitted March 22, 1976.
