Indictments charging defendant with aggravated robbery, assault with intent to rob, larceny, receiving stolen property, unlawful carrying of firearms and conspiracy. Before SHELLEY, J. Appeals, Nos. 28 to 30, inclusive, March T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, Nos. 217 to 219, inclusive, of 1969. Submitted March 13, 1972.
