Indictments charging defendant with attempted murder, burglary, criminal conspiracy, possessing instruments of crime generally, robbery, and simple and aggravated assault. Before SMITH, J., without a jury. Demurrer to charge of possessing instruments of crime, generally, sustained and defendant found guilty of remaining charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 769, Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Dec. T., 1976, Nos. 1897 to 1902, inclusive. Argued September 11, 1978.
