Appeal, No. 117, Jan. T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, March T., 1971, No. 2085, in case of Commonwealth v. Julius Wideman. Judgment of sentence vacated and record remanded to trial court.
Indictment charging defendant with murder. Before KLEIN, Adm. J.
Verdict of guilty of murder in second degree. Defendant's motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment withdrawn and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed.
