Appeal, No. 27, Jan. T., 1971, from order of Superior Court, Nos. 774 to 777, inclusive, Oct. T., 1969, reversing order of Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, Dec. T., 1967, Nos. 341 to 344, inclusive, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Charles Edward Whiting. Order affirmed.

Same case in Superior Court: 216 Pa. Super. 92.

Indictments charging defendant with robbery, larceny, receiving stolen goods, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, and pointing a deadly weapon. Before SAND, J.

Verdicts of guilty on all indictments; motion by defendant for new trial granted. Commonwealth appealed to the Superior Court which reversed the order of the court below, opinion by WATKINS, J.; JACOBS and HOFFMAN, JJ., dissenting. Appeal to Supreme Court allowed.
