Indictments charging defendants with conspiracy, assault and battery, indecent assault, aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery with intent to ravish, and rape. Before KLEIN, P.J., specially presiding. Appeals, Nos. 208, 291, and 292, Oct. T., 1968, from judgments of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, Feb. T., 1967, Nos. 592 and 593. Argued June 10, 1968.
