Indictments charging defendant with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants and violation of The Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act. Before BUCHER, J. Verdict of guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants and not guilty of other charge and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 2313, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, No. 1202 of 1975. Submitted March 21, 1977.
