Indictment charging defendant with simple assault and aggravated assault. Before HABERSTROH, P.J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of aggravated assault and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1252, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas of Blair County, No. 1220 of 1974. Argued September 12, 1975.

Judgment of sentence affirmed.
