Submitted December 22, 1976.

Indictments charging defendant with criminal conspiracy, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats and possession of an instrument of crime. Before ROSE, J. Defendant found guilty of criminal conspiracy and not guilty of remaining charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant petitioned the Court of Common Pleas for a writ of certiorari to the Municipal Court and order entered denying petition, order by DOTY, J. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 2004, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Misc. No. 76-00-1162, and M.C. Nos. 75-10-927 and 928. Submitted December 22, 1976.
