Indictments charging defendant with arson, burglary, aggravated assault, rape, robbery and criminal conspiracy. Before McDERMOTT, J. Verdict of guilty on all indictments and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1985, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Feb. T., 1975, Nos. 1227 to 1240, inclusive.
