Appeal, No. 74, Jan. T., 1972, from order of Commonwealth Court of February 1, 1971, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Bryan Webb. Appeal dismissed.

Appeal to Commonwealth Court from order of the State Horse Racing Commission affirming the decision of the stewards at Liberty Bell Park suspending appellant for thirty days.

Commonwealth Court affirmed order, opinion by MENCER, J. Appeal to Supreme Court allowed.

Louis W. Fryman, with him Steven J. Hartz, and Becker, Fryman Ervais, for appellant.

Joseph P. Work, General Counsel State Horse Racing Commission, with him J. Shane Creamer, Attorney General, for Commonwealth, appellee.


Allocatur was improvidently granted, and the appeal is dismissed.
