Indictment charging defendant with theft by unlawful taking and unlawful consumption of intoxicating beverages. Before MUELLER, Jr., J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1190, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, No. 2152 of 1976. Submitted September 12, 1977.
