Indictments charging defendant with robbery, possession of an instrument of crime, conspiracy, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and simple and aggravated assault. Before KUBACKI, J. Verdict of guilty of robbery, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and conspiracy and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1552, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Oct. T., 1976, Nos. 1608, 1609, and 1611. Argued December 12, 1977.
