Indictments charging defendant with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of an instrument of crime, and criminal conspiracy. Before SMITH, J., without a jury. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1066, Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, April T., 1977, Nos. 1475/1477. Argued December 4, 1978.
