Indictment charging defendant with unlawful possession of narcotic drugs and dealing in narcotic drugs. Before REILLY, P.J., specially presiding, without a jury. Appeal, No. 137, April T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Oct. T., 1971, No. 6695. Argued: November 13, 1972.
