Indictments charging defendant with simple assault, aggravated assault, robbery, rape, burglary, attempted rape, tampering with witnesses, unlawful possession of instruments of crime, indecent assault, criminal conspiracy and theft by extortion. Before CAVANAUGH, J. Appeal, No. 864, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division of Philadelphia, April T., 1974, Nos. 1006 to 1016, inclusive. Submitted June 16, 1975.
