Indictment charging defendant with adultery and bastardy. Before CARNEY, P.J. Appeal, No. 51, April T., 1967, from order of Court of Quarter Sessions of Erie County, No. 349 of 1966. Argued November 11, 1968.

The appeal is quashed.
