Indictments charging defendant with burglary, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy, and criminal mischief. Before CICCHETTI, J. Verdict of guilty as to criminal conspiracy, and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal No. 886, April T., 1978, from the Court of Common Pleas of Fayette County, No. 220 3/5 of 1977. Submitted October 26, 1978.
