Indictments charging defendant with prison breach, larceny, receiving stolen goods, carrying firearms on public property, playfully and wantonly pointing a firearm, and attempt with intent to kill. Before CHERRY, P.J., specially presiding. Appeal, No. 1468, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Oct. T., 1972, Nos. 1611 to 1615, inclusive. Submitted December 6, 1974.
